Norway Attractions and Hotels

Vestfold County is full of relevant historical evidence from the oldest times, especially from the Viking times and many of these historical attractions are located in or near the town Tønsberg. On the place of the town’s library, six Viking mounds were found recently, during the excavations that took place between 1987 and 1991. Two of them, which include crafted ships and which are preserved quite well and, considering their ancientness, can be admired by the public.
