Veierland has a rich rural culture, full of local traditions and an impressive folk heritage. And this is the main reason why the Village Museum Rispestua gathers numerous visitors. The museum is located in the oldest house in Veierland, which dates from the end of the 18^th century or from the beginning of the 19^th century and which is situated right near the local school. The house actually has a name, Rispestua, and the same name was given to the museum.
