Toten Museum

This museum is an open-air museum comprising furniture displays from different époques. The Toten Museum is located outside Gjoevik, beside lake Mjoesa. The museum is also close to Kapp, a small establishment of 1100 inhabitants. The museum was opened in the early 1930s as it used to be located in an old farmhouse built in 1790. The exhibits tell the history of furniture in the Scandinavian region.
