The Norwegian Fisheries Museum (Norges Fiskerimuseum the Norwegian name) is opened every day from June to August and from September to May; it is only closed on Saturdays. Adults have to pay 30 NOK whilst children get to visit the museum free. The exhibits help you take a glance in Norway’s fishing industry, boats and different equipment, the sea and its resources and whaling. The museum’s collections also include books, videos and photographs.
