Flekkerjord was one of the primary cities that benefited from street electricity. This happened in 1901. To celebrate this fact, there is an Electricity Museum. The exhibits ranges from old electrical devices, electricity meters, lamps, an exercise bicycle that produces light, pictures from ancient times and other interesting information on electricity. The darkroom is an exciting experience, so don’t miss it.
