Even Tollefsen, located in Nøtterøy is the name given to a monument that commemorates the life and activity of a local captain, a captain who was the actual inventor of a unique and innovative oil transporting system. Back in the older times, people were constantly looking for the safest way of transporting oil on a ship and this is why this innovation is so relevant. The sculpture is the creation of the Norwegian sculpture Carl E. Paulsen and can be found at Smidsrødveien-Kirkeveien.
