This beautiful Sculpture represents Henrik Ibsen and it is 3.5 meters high. Nils Raa created the sculpture of Henrik Ibsen in 1981. Henrik Ibsen came to Bergen at the invitation of Ole Bull. He was only 20 years old when he arrived in Bergen and stayed here for a period of approximately 6 years. Henrik Ibsen worked at the theatre and the statue is a constant reminder of his activity and his contribution to Bergen society.
