Egersund is located in the county of Rogaland in Norway. Egersund is probably the finest natural seaport in Norway, abundant in fish and marvelous sites. The city centre is full of places of interest. Visit the Dalane Folksmuseum, the Egersund Fayancemuseum or the Eigeroey Fyr, the famous iron lighthouse from the 19th century. You can take your time and stay over night, as there are nice hotels that will welcome you. If time allows, you can also bathe in the sea.
