Nygaardsgaten 3, Bergen
County of Hordaland, Norway
St Paul Catholic Church is located in the
centre of the town. Designed by the Italian architect Mella, in 1876 the church
was consecrated by Fr.
Daniel Stub,
the man who laid the first foundation stone of the church. St
Paul is actually a catholic parish and school covering all of Bergen and most of
Hordaland (and the counties of Austevoll, Fusa, Jondal and Ullensvang). St Paul is a very
charming catholic parish that is also wonderfully decorated.
