Fantoftveien 46 at Paradis

The Norwegian name for the Fantoft Stave Church is Fantoft Stavkirke, and it can be found in Paradis, approx. 6 km from the center of Bergen. The Fantoft Stave Church was built in Fortun in Sogn in 1150, and then the locals moved to Fantoft in 1883. In June 1992 the Fantoft Stave Church burned down so the locals built it again from the ground up, just as it was before the terrible accident on the 6th of June 1992.
