Berg Church, located
in the Larvik area, is an old lighted and white church, dating from the 19th
century, or, more exactly, from the year 1878. Most visitors are interested to
visit the Berg Church or Berg Kirke because it is an
actual wooden church – furthermore, it is preserved very well. Another relevant
attraction of the Berg Kirke is its altarpiece, which dates from the year 1580
and which originally belonged to the previous Berg Church,
which was made of stone.
